• Create avatars and digital assets
• Interact with other users
• Access third-party or user-created experiences

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You agree not to:

• Create, upload, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including worlds, avatars, and assets.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Distribute
• Modify (for technical purposes only)

This licence is necessary to operate and improve the Service.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time if we believe it:

• Violates these Terms
• Poses risk to users or the platform
• Is required by law

Where the Service enables users or organisations to host their own Worlds or infrastructure:

• You are solely responsible for the operation, content, and management of your hosted environments
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance of creator-hosted services
• We are not responsible for interactions, transactions, or disputes occurring within third-party or user-hosted Worlds

Virtual items, currency, or assets have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated. They are non-transferable and non-redeemable. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual items at any time.

Where monetisation features are enabled:

• Creators are responsible for the content and pricing of their offerings
• We may charge fees or commissions on transactions
• We reserve the right to modify fees at any time with notice

We are not responsible for disputes between users and creators.

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, systems, branding, and design—are owned by or licensed to Total Impact Studios Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reverse engineer

any part of the Service without written permission.

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services.

We:

• Do not control third-party content
• Are not responsible for their policies or actions
